Buying a home is the largest investment most people make in their lifetime. Whether buying or selling, you need someone protecting your interests, someone you can depend on, trust and respect. Throughout her twenty year real estate career, Mary Richards has consistently provided outstanding service to her clients. Mary is particularly proud of the fact that most of her current business is from return clients or people referred to her by her previous clients, probably the best testimony a business person can receive.

 

Mary obtained Bachelor of Arts and Master of Scence degrees. She taught high school biology for fifteen years. She has earned the Graduate REALTOR institute and Certified Residentail Specialist designations. Mary has kept abreast of the rapidly changing real estate industry by serving in responsible positions in her local real estate association, including serving as president of the association. She was honored by her peers by being selected as the association REALTOR of the Year. Mary conceived of and initiated the local REALTOR sponsored college scholarship program in which she played an active role for several years. She was elected to America's Most Referred Real Estate Agents. She has been awarded membership in sales awards clubs for the last fifteen years.

 

Mary divides her time between serving Sellers and assisting Buyers, and generally prefers working as a Buyer's agent for home Buyers, especially when assisting first time home buyers or clients from out of state. Mary has lived and worked as a REALTOR in Evergreen and the surrounding communities for her entire real estate career and feels very fortunate to call the Evergreen area her home.
